Shion Satomi is a Rank 1 Ghoul Investigator. He's best known for his role as deputy squad leader of the Shibashi Squad during the Auction Mopping-up Operation. He also served as part of the Shimoguchi Squad when the CCG moved against the Tsukiyama Family.
