Castorice is a Chrysos Heir tied to the River of Souls itself—a connection that defines both her identity and her role. Originally from Aidonia, that perpetually snow-blanketed land devoted to honoring death, she's moved through different affiliations over time, though Styxia remains her true home. She's known for her quest to find "Death" Coreflame and her dedication to guarding the souls entrusted to her care.
Her philosophy is straightforward: life and death are simply a journey. What wilts today may bloom tomorrow.
Visually, Castorice is striking and deliberately designed around themes of death and metamorphosis. She has pale skin, bright lilac eyes, pointed ears, and lavender hair that falls to her thighs—styled in the shape of a ribcage and split into two long ponytails. Multiple accessories punctuate her look: dark purple butterfly clips, a purple ribbon on her left side, white bows at the ponytail ends, and a black crown embedded with lavender gems, topped with flowers.
Her outfit blends gothic and ethereal elements. A white and purple sleeveless dress forms the core, with bone-like white markings near her collarbone that echo bandages or skeletal patterns. A purple and white frilled choker sits at her neck, and a light purple ribbon accents her chest. The skirt is asymmetrical—short in front, long in back with a center split that deepens to a darker purple with charred-looking frills. Her gloves are mismatched: the left reaches past her elbow and ends in a butterfly design, while the right stops at the wrist with white frills and a black accent matching her crown.
Butterfly and flower motifs run throughout—on her choker, chest, right arm, right thigh, and heeled shoes, reinforcing her connection to transformation and the natural cycle of death and renewal.
