Asakaze
Asakaze made headlines when he was caught drifting and pushed back hard against the student organization's attempt to crack down on it. The whole situation turned into a pretty messy conflict. What really sets him apart, though, is his rare ability to manipulate "slow light"—basically giving him control over space itself, which is honestly kind of a big deal in his world.
