Rip Tristan is a Negator whose ability, Unrepair, lets him reverse the effects of repairs—basically undoing fixes to bring things back to their broken state. He was originally part of Under before eventually joining The Union, where he's now one of their ranked members at the 11th seat in the 101st loop.
