Tapion
Tapion is the main hero of Dragon Ball Z Movie 13: Wrath of the Dragon. He comes from the planet Konats, making him one of the Konats Race—a people known to produce legendary warriors. He's known as a "Legendary Hero," though the full weight of that title only becomes clear as the film unfolds.
Physically, Tapion stands around six feet tall with distinctive light purple skin and a bright red mohawk (styled similarly to the Supreme Kai's). He carries two treasured items he claims were gifts from god: a sword and an ocarina. The ocarina in particular defines him—he plays it throughout the story, and it's far more important than just an instrument.
