Wenge Kong, known to pretty much everyone as China, is a seriously talented table tennis player. He left China after getting cut from his home team—basically a fresh start he desperately needed. The original plan was to come to Japan and take down the local legend they call "Dragon," but things got way more interesting once he crossed paths with Peco and Smile. Turns out there were better rivals waiting for him than he expected.
