Yuudachi (夕立; "Evening Thunder Shower") was a missing-nin from the Hidden Rain Village. He and his partner Ryuusui were just trying to grab a drink when Jiraiya caught them off-guard, trapping both of them inside one of his giant toads. When they refused to spill anything about Pain, Jiraiya got creative—he used a feather to tickle-torture Yuudachi until the guy caved. That didn't work out as planned, so Jiraiya took things further and literally turned Yuudachi into a frog. The transformation freaked Ryuusui out enough that he finally talked.
