Tekka Uchiha was a member of the Konoha Military Police and part of the Uchiha clan. He's best known for being one of the officers who interrogated Itachi about Shisui Uchiha's death, working alongside Inabi and Yashiro to question him about what appeared to be a suicide. Like the rest of his clan, Tekka was killed by Itachi during the massacre of the Uchiha.
