Megumi runs both the First Dormitory and the Karate Club, and he comes across as pretty intense on the surface—but he's genuinely a good guy underneath. One of the bigger reveals near the end of the series is when he finds out that Mizuki's actually a girl. The other two dorm heads eventually learn the truth too, though Minami swears he'd basically figured it out ages ago.
