Rhadamanthys was the first of Hades' three Specter magnates introduced in the series. He's best known for his role as a brutal enforcer of Hades' will, though he wasn't always perfectly obedient—he sent a task force of Specters to spy on Athena's Sanctuary against Pandora's direct orders. When that mission inevitably fell apart, Pandora punished him for the failure, but he stayed put in Hades' castle on Earth rather than retreating.
Once the Bronze Saints showed up, Rhadamanthys let his subordinates handle them, which freed him to head down to the underworld for a confrontation with Gemini Kanon. That fight never really concluded the way either of them probably hoped. Later, when Lyra Orphée attempted to assassinate Hades, Rhadamanthys killed him without hesitation.
His final battle with Kanon was the one that mattered. After a grueling fight, Kanon stripped off his Cloth and went for a suicide attack—it worked, but it also took Rhadamanthys down with him. Both of them died in the clash.
