Coco is the "Gentleman" of the Four Heavenly Kings and one of Toriko's closest friends. While Toriko tends to barrel through problems with raw power, Coco takes a completely different approach—he's all about strategy, stealth, and outthinking his opponents. He's also ridiculously durable, with an immunity to five hundred different poisons.
What really sets him apart, though, is his day job. Coco works as a fortune teller, and his predictions are accurate about 97% of the time. That kind of track record has made him wildly popular, especially with women—he gets swarmed whenever he's out in public.
His fortune-telling ability ties into his actual combat skills. He can perceive light outside the normal spectrum and read electromagnetic auras around animals, letting him predict their moves before they happen. Like the other Heavenly Kings, he was trained by Ichiryū, the IGO's president.
