Nakagawa Keiichi
A patrol cop stationed at the police box near Kameari Park, Nakagawa is best known as Ryo's comedic rival. Handsome and naturally talented—excellent marksman, skilled driver, the works—he's consistently popular with the female officers. But there's a catch: he's the heir to the Nakagawa Zaibatsu, which means his day job as a cop is basically a side gig. He regularly dips out for board meetings via private helicopter or zooms off in one of his exotic sports cars.
Being rich and sheltered, though, Nakagawa's surprisingly clueless about how normal people live. Despite the constant attention from beautiful women, he remains oddly indifferent to all of it—his romantic leanings have always been ambiguous enough to fuel fan speculation.
His uniform is a ¥300,000 yellow pinstripe suit by Pierre Cardin, which probably tells you everything you need to know about his priorities. He can't stand natto, and his prized possession is his Ferrari.
