Sorbet is a secondary antagonist in Dragon Ball Z: Resurrection F. He was formerly a staff officer commanding the third stellar region, and years after Frieza's death, he stepped up as the de facto leader of Frieza's army. When Frieza is brought back, Sorbet fills him in on what he's missed—specifically, that Goku's gotten strong enough to take down Majin Buu. Frieza actually seems pleased about that development; he figures if Goku can beat Buu, then Goku's worth taking seriously. But he's not worried. Frieza's convinced that with some training, he can surpass Goku anyway. The character's name is a reference to the frozen dessert.
