Dorothy West is a 7th grader at Paprika Private Academy and a PriPara idol voiced by Azuki Shibuya from i☆Ris. She's Canadian-Japanese—her dad's from Canada, her mom's from Japan—and has a twin sister, Leona. She rocks the Fortune Party brand and tends to slip English into her Japanese conversations.
Visually, she's pretty distinctive: short light blue hair with a braid on one side, bright blue eyes, and she always wears a sailor hat tilted to the left. Her personality is cheerful and idol-like, though she's shown she can get serious when the moment calls for it.
Dorothy first showed up in Episode 11, then became a main character when she formed the unit Dressing Pafé with Shion Todo and her sister Leona in Episode 14. She's basically got the same vibe as Kaede Ichinose from Aikatsu!—including that habit of code-switching between languages—though she's not alone in that; Johnny Bepp from Aikatsu! does the same thing.
Fans often note that Dorothy and Leona are the first twin main characters in the Pretty Rhythm/PriPara universe, and they're also the first to share a preferred brand.
