The Bin Brothers
A pair of masked ghoul siblings who run operations in the 11th ward as mid-level executives within Aogiri Tree. They're pretty devoted to the One-Eyed King's ideology, which definitely colors how they lead—most of the ghouls under them in the ward are their direct subordinates. Both sport Bikaku-type kagune.
The thing is, they were never actually given individual names. They're just. the brothers. Known by their matching masks and their position in the organization rather than any personal identity, which honestly says something about how Aogiri treats its rank-and-file members.
