A Fallen Angel working under Raynare's command, this guy was the first to come after Issei once he'd turned into a Devil. He's got the whole trenchcoat-and-fedora look going on—pretty classic for a Fallen Angel, honestly. Like all Fallen Angels, he can fly with his wings and throw around light-based weapons, with a spear of light being his go-to weapon of choice. In the anime adaptation, his spear has a light blue tint to it.
