Kei Haramura is an attorney and the father of Nodoka Haramura. He's not exactly thrilled about his daughter's mahjong obsession—he basically sees it as just a luck-based game and tolerates it more than actively supports it. Still, he goes along with it, even if he's not convinced it's worth all the attention she gives it.
