Daimyo of Suruga
A lord defined by contradiction. He's known for being childish and cowardly, the kind of guy who'd rather flee than face conflict. But back him into a corner and he'll actually fight—though by then the damage is usually done. His soldiers learned to read his morale like a weather pattern: when he'd panic, they'd lose heart and falter in battle. Then he'd somehow find a burst of courage, rally them back into it, only to spiral into fear again the next moment. It's a frustrating cycle that cost his men dearly more than once.
