Kazumi is the protagonist of Puella Magi Kazumi Magica and a magical girl who's basically starting from scratch—she doesn't remember anything except her own name. The bells she wears on her ears are her main weapon, capable of warping reality to match her wishes, and she's got this weird ahoge that supposedly helps her sense witches. She has a pretty unusual moral compass that revolves entirely around food waste; she'll judge someone as good or bad based on whether they're throwing away a meal.
When she transforms, she trades her regular look for a black outfit complete with a witch's hat and pulls out a massive cross as her weapon of choice. She fights alongside her friends Umika and Kaoru, and gradually gets pieces of her memory back as they go through battles together. The one thing that stays locked away is her original wish—she never told either of them what she asked for when she first became a magical girl, so even as her memories surface, that particular answer never comes back.
