Honne Nohotoke is a minor character in Infinite Stratos who pops up here and there as one of Ichika's classmates. She's best known for her love of snacks and her generally cheerful, childlike personality. Most people call her "Nohohon-san" affectionately.
Visually, she's pretty distinctive—sleepy yellow eyes, pink shoulder-length hair with two small pigtails tied back with yellow ribbons on either side. Long sleeves that cover her hands are kind of her thing, though they obviously get ditched when she's in her IS suit for combat training. Fans often note her cute, enthusiastic energy whenever she shows up.
