Ge Nie started out as an assassin for Qin, but eventually left the empire to raise his friend's son, Jing Tianming—a choice that marked a real shift in his life. He trained at the legendary Gui Gu school alongside Wei Zhuang, who became his longtime rival.
He's best known for his incredible swordsmanship, particularly his signature "Hundred Steps Flying Sword" technique, which earned him the title "Sword Saint" among the martial world. The guy is genuinely formidable—he once took down 300 of Qin's elite soldiers and walked away with barely a scratch.
