The King of Deviluke rules the entire galaxy as emperor, though you'd never guess it from looking at him—he's got the body of a kid, which makes the whole "supreme galactic monarch" thing kind of absurd. He's the father of Lala, Nana, and Momo, and he's basically a massive pervert who's way more interested in chasing women than actually running an empire. Lala's pretty open about it too: the only reason he's pushing her to get married is so he can finally hand the throne off and dedicate himself full-time to his perverted lifestyle.
There's actually a wild backstory here. He used to look exactly like Rito—same appearance and everything—but he burned through so much of his power holding the galaxy together during unification that something fundamental changed about him. Now he's stuck with this eternally youthful look, which doesn't help the pervert situation.
