Kama heads up the Garou Knights, Fiore's most fearsome execution squad. He's best known for wielding a pair of unusual Double Scythes—each blade features strange hand-like extensions jutting from the opposite side. He keeps them strapped to his back with the handles crossed, and they're genuinely lethal weapons.
The anime never revealed his actual name, so Mirajane came up with "Kama" for him. Lucy later noted that the term literally means "sickle," which fits his whole aesthetic pretty perfectly.
