A sentient mass of plankton brought to life by one of Whitesnake's Stand discs. Foo Fighters started out as an enemy to Jolyne but eventually switched sides and became an ally. The weird thing about them is they need to stay constantly hydrated to survive, and they're able to inhabit and move around in corpses—which is as gross as it sounds.
Fans often note that despite all this, Foo Fighters are surprisingly good at playing catch.
