Millianna grew up alongside Erza as a slave at the Tower of Heaven, where she later became one of Jellal's followers. She's best known for her obsessive love of cats—her entire room is cat-themed, and she refuses to harm anything even remotely cat-like, regardless of what it actually is.
Personality-wise, she's bubbly and upbeat, constantly trying to act like a cat through meowing and cat-themed fashion. She's close with her childhood friends and felt genuinely sorry for her role in what happened at the Tower of Heaven.
As for appearance, Millianna leans hard into the cat aesthetic. She's average height with a curvaceous build and distinctly feline features: cat-like ears, eyes, nose, and mouth, plus whisker tattoos on her face. Early on, she wore a yellow-and-white striped jacket with black trim, paired with a pink dress (complete with white bow tie), a bell choker, and white leggings.
After the time-skip, her look got a bit grittier. Her brown hair, still in twin ponytails, became messier, and she swapped the cute dress for a hooded cape, striped leggings, evening gloves, and small shorts—leaving her bikini top exposed. She kept the bell choker though, because of course she did.
