Kishigami has long blue hair with pink streaks, usually held back by a thick headband. He's got narrow eyes that go wide and almost manic when he gets excited about something.
On the surface, he seems pretty laid-back, but the moment he encounters what he considers quality muscle, he loses it. He's known for giving massages and apparently has a knack for judging muscle quality just by touch—clearly someone with serious hands-on skills.
He first shows up as a new masseur for Kyofushi, though there's clearly more going on beneath the surface if Midousuji's attitude is anything to go by. When the two of them scout Sohoku during training camp, Kishigami meets Onoda and doesn't think much of him at first. That changes fast once he actually feels the guy's muscles—he gets visibly shocked and wants another feel to confirm what he sensed, but Koga chases him off before he can. Eventually, Kishigami takes over as Kyoto Fushimi's 6th Inter High competitor, replacing Hironishi.
