Tileman shows up during the preliminaries for the 21st Choujin Olympics: The Big Fight. He competes in the train-pushing event and manages to shove it all the way to Hakata—impressive until you realize the real challenge comes later. In the final preliminary round, a racing match against his fellow Seigi Choujin, he absolutely dominates, pulling three full laps ahead. Unfortunately, the Fishers sabotage him right before the finish line, tackling him hard enough that he can't recover and loses.
The tournament structure gives losing choujin a second shot, though: anyone who manages to lay a finger on Benkiman gets into the finals. Tileman takes this bait, confident his massive frame makes him impossible to flush. He's wrong. Benkiman screws him into a ball and flushes him down. Tileman stays trapped until Kinnikuman eventually clogs the toilet during his own match with Benkiman, which forces the toilet to back up and shoot Tileman and other trapped choujin like Kani Base back out.
