Grey
A charismatic reverend who essentially runs the show on B2—he's the one who actually created the whole facility as this twisted experiment to figure out what "religious faith" really means. To do that, he gathered all the floor masters together and made sure they had a steady supply of victims to work with.
Grey's thing is his voice. He's unnervingly eloquent and can talk people into pretty much anything; listeners tend to get completely mesmerized by what he's saying. Behind all that charm, though, is someone cold, logical, and utterly without mercy. He doesn't seem capable of actual empathy.
One of his methods involves drugging victims to make them hallucinate, supposedly to strip away their defenses and expose who they really are underneath. Whether that's sincere or just another layer of his manipulation is hard to say—and probably the point.
