Faba is an Aether Foundation executive who shows up in Pokémon Sun and Moon as one of the organization's Branch Chiefs. He's the sole trainer in the games to hold the title of Aether Branch Chief, making him pretty distinctive in that regard. He's known for using Psychic-type Pokémon in battle.
