Gabi's an Eldian kid caught up in Marley's military machine, training as a Warrior Candidate with the goal of inheriting one of the nine titan powers. She's got family ties to the program—her cousin Reiner's already a Warrior, which gives her a front-row seat to what she's working toward.
She's known for being driven and competitive, the type of candidate who takes the whole thing seriously. Like most Warrior Candidates, she's being groomed from a young age to become one of Marley's titan-wielding soldiers, which is basically the whole point of the program in that world.
