Cobra's a member of Oración Seis, the dark guild known for housing some seriously dangerous mages. He and his crew are basically obsessed with tracking down Nirvana—this ancient destructive magic that's been sealed away for ages. The guy's entire motivation revolves around that goal.
What's kind of notable about Cobra is that he's genuinely close to Cubellios, this massive snake that follows him around. He considers the snake his best friend, honestly his only friend, which says something about his character. Most fans find that dynamic weirdly endearing despite how menacing Cobra otherwise comes across.
