Fukasaku is one of the Two Great Sage Toads of Myōbokuzan, alongside his wife Shima. He's best known for teaching Senjutsu to both Jiraiya and Naruto—though he handled Naruto's training solo. As the head honcho among the toads and heir to the Great Toad Sage legacy, he and Shima hold serious authority in their village. His title is literally "Head," which pretty much sums up his role in the hierarchy.
