Kazuo
Kazuo comes from the Tsuzura Family, one of the Hundred Families—specifically bearing the number Twenty. The Tsuzura and Isori Families were basically the powerhouse research duo of their time, constantly trading notes and maintaining their status as the country's top authorities in their field. Even Hattori's signature Compound Magic technique developed under training from Tsuzura-sensei, which kind of says everything about the family's reach and influence.
