Chouno Uryoku is a street magician who used to be married to Riki Nendou's mother. He performs magic tricks on the street alongside his partner Michael, and his act has this weird comedic edge to it that made him moderately successful at one point. These days though, he's basically homeless.
Saiki helps him out occasionally, though he's clearly not impressed by the guy. The thing is, Chouno has actually witnessed some of Saiki's reality-warping powers firsthand, but he genuinely thinks it's all just stage magic—really impressive stage magic. So he treats Saiki with a ton of respect, even calling him "master," convinced he's just watching a fellow illusionist at work. Saiki probably finds the whole situation annoying, but tolerates it anyway.
