An undead Commander serving with MON—that's Monster of a Neuro, the special task force built around extraspecies girls. She's basically the group's sarcastic, stubborn type who gets a kick out of messing with people right when they're trying to handle something serious. Pretty much the comedic chaos agent of the unit, though she clearly knows what she's doing when it counts.
