Garack
Garack is Clarines' Chief Pharmacist—basically the top authority on everything pharmacy-related in the kingdom. She's the one who put Shirayuki through the test to qualify as a royal pharmacist, so she's got serious credentials backing up her position.
On paper, Garack oversees all the pharmacy's research and projects and hands out assignments to her team, including Shirayuki and Ryuu. In practice, though, she's pretty laid back about it and tends to let her subordinates handle the day-to-day work. She can be moody, which probably factors into how hands-off she is sometimes.
Despite—or maybe because of—her relaxed approach, Garack's got a solid reputation. Her work is respected enough that even distant kingdoms like Lyrias know her name and have actually expressed hope that she'd be the one showing up for important missions, not just her staff. That kind of recognition speaks volumes about her actual competence, even if she doesn't always act like she's sweating the details.
