Jeanne
Jeanne grew up in Donremi, a country on the Western Planet. She experienced visions from heaven—specifically, visions of a "Star Messiah" destined to save the world. These visions ultimately drove her to leave home and journey to the Eastern Planet, accompanied by Leonardo da Vinci, known as "the one who observes the world."
Once on the Eastern Planet, Jeanne and Leonardo encountered Oda Nobunaga, the Eastern Planet's infamous heretic and self-proclaimed "greatest fool of the day." Recognizing the danger Jeanne faced in a society that treated women as second-class citizens, Oda disguised her as a man and renamed her Ranmaru to keep her safe.
