Nagisa's the cheerful, playful one of the group—the kind of person who keeps things light and fun. She comes across as pretty ditzy and scatterbrained, often jumping around and getting easily distracted. But there's more going on under the surface; she's actually more perceptive and thoughtful than people give her credit for, and she can be surprisingly eloquent when she gets serious.
As Bebe, she leans even harder into the chaotic energy. She's bouncing off the walls, talkative to the point of being overwhelming, and prone to panicking—especially at the idea of somehow turning into cheese. Both versions of her are endlessly energetic and talkative, just in slightly different ways. Basically, she's the heart of the group's humor, even if she's not trying to be.
