In Yu-Gi-Oh! 5D's
Crow Hogan is one of Yusei's closest friends from Satellite and a skilled D-Wheeler. Like Yusei and Jack, he lost his parents in the Zero Reverse accident that split Satellite from Neo-Domino City. After years of fending for himself, he found Duel Monsters and the community that came with it—eventually befriending both Yusei and Jack. He also grew close to Robert Pearson and Bolger through Team Satisfaction, Kiryu Kyosuke's dueling crew, though that friendship fractured after Pearson's death.
When Team Satisfaction fell apart, Crow was first to leave. He inherited Pearson's D-Wheel, Blackbird, and threw himself into two things: maintaining the machine and looking after the orphans scattered throughout Satellite. Though he doesn't show up until Season 1's second arc, he quickly becomes known for raiding the Security Warehouse—the face markings and constant brushes with guards make him look like a career criminal. But he's really Satellite's Robin Hood, stealing cards to give underprivileged kids something to hold onto, a small escape from the despair of their forgotten city.
In Yu-Gi-Oh! Arc-V
Here, Crow operates similarly: a D-Wheeler living in the slums, caring for three orphan children. He's protective of them to the point of anger when Security closes in, and he respects anyone who shields kids from harm—he even complimented Yuya for safeguarding Reira during a duel. Despite his own resort to theft in 5D's, this version actively discourages stealing, getting upset with Frank and Tanner for it and telling his kids not to follow that path when he himself gets arrested. He despises the Tops as a corrupt ruling class and sees Jack Atlas—who climbed from the Commons to power—as a traitor who sold out his own people. During their Riding Duel, he pushed Yuya to take Jack down.
