Let is a Dragonrace—one of the dragon people native to the Mystic Realm. He's best known for his dramatic turn from villain to hero, going from a ruthless warrior serving Demon Card as King's guardian to eventually joining Haru's cause after losing to him in battle. That defeat essentially showed him there was a better path forward.
Visually, Let starts out with a distinctly lizard-like face on a mostly human body, but he transforms during his fight against Jegan when he performs the Dragon trial, taking on a fully human appearance afterward. It's a pretty defining moment for his character arc.
