She's a member of the idol group She's May and moonlights as the magical girl Strange Juice. Her real name is actually a pun on "seigi no mikata"—basically "ally of justice"—which is pretty fitting given her whole superhero thing.
One of her quirks is that she slips into the Tsugaru dialect whenever she gets flustered or finds herself alone. She's picked it up from her childhood and it just sticks with her, especially in those awkward moments.
