Dracaena is a Dragon-type specialist and member of the Kalos Elite Four.
She first caught Ash's attention in the Pokémon (2019) series when he spotted her on TV right after getting to Kalos. Not long after, viewers saw her take down Gampi in a battle using her Dragalge—and she came out on top.
In the manga, Dracaena shows up initially as part of Korrina's mental rundown of the Elite Four members courtesy of Diantha. Her actual debut comes later when she and Gampi team up to help X and Y's crew take down Team Flare.
