Airi is Aika's mother and runs Himeya Company as its general manager. She was one of the most respected undines during her time in the profession and actually mentored Akira herself. After stepping back from undine work to take over Himeya, she brought Akira in to mentor her daughter—setting Aika up to eventually become an undine and eventually inherit the company.
