Astadir Family Head
She leads the Astadir family, who rule over the holy city of Capital Noah in Italy. Their position makes them constant targets, which is why Tennoken exists primarily to protect her.
Her entire life happens within the Lilica Garden, where she's essentially confined except for one monthly religious service. Despite these restrictions, she regularly sneaks out anyway—and just as regularly gets lost. She's grown up so sheltered that her personality comes across as younger than she actually is. She carries a stuffed rabbit everywhere and will cry hard if she loses it.
In terms of combat ability, she has nothing special to offer. Her only real weapon is a surprisingly fierce cry. Her relationship with Kurumi is notably close; she calls her "Onee-tama" and is heavily dependent on her emotionally.
