A mysterious young woman working as an executioner for the Nue organization. She's best known for her lethal combat abilities, which come from oronium metal bands—40 of them surgically implanted throughout her body. These bands let her generate razor-sharp weapons on the fly, though the procedure was brutal. She doesn't remember anything about her past or who she actually is before joining the Nue.
Despite being a serious heavy drinker, she functions surprisingly well under the influence. It's one of those character quirks fans tend to bring up—yeah, she's practically always drunk, but it doesn't slow her down operationally. She was assigned by Jin to keep tabs on Sawa, which puts her in a complicated position as the story moves forward.
