Kouji is a driver and member of the Tokyo Manji Gang. He's best known for escorting Takemichi Hanagaki and Kazushi Yamagishi to a meeting with the gang's top brass. Not much is revealed about his character beyond a serious, no-nonsense demeanor and clear loyalty to Toman and its leadership—he respects the hierarchy.
Physically, Kouji appears to be in his 30s with short brown hair, black eyes, a small mustache and beard. He typically dresses in a dark suit, white dress shirt, tie, dark pants, and dark shoes—basically the look of a professional operative rather than a street fighter.
