Nakayama shows up in Chuuko Record (Used Record) as Ogawa's only friend, though she's quick to tease her about being stuck in the past with all those vinyl records. But when she hears a mysterious record, she gets completely obsessed with it—so much so that she actually hurts Ogawa just to get her hands on it. It's a pretty wild turn for her character.
