Kage Mikage (also called Mikage's Phantom) is an antagonist in Envy Phantom who's driven by the same protective instinct as the other phantoms—she wants to keep Mikage safe. The problem is her approach backfires. Her methods push her to bottle up her emotions and isolate herself from others, which ultimately hurts her more than it helps.
