Valdo Gollini (Dark Might)

Appearance
Before using his Quirk to reshape himself, Valdo was a gaunt man with sunken green eyes, light stubble, and slicked-back black hair. He dressed like a stereotypical mobster—black blazer, vest, formal shirts, and bowties. Once he took control of the family, he switched to an all-white tuxedo over everything else.
His Dark Might form is basically a twisted homage to All Might at full power. He's got the same muscular build, swept-back blonde hair with two tufts rising slightly outward, but with bushier eyebrows, straighter hair tufts, tanner skin, and a more prominent hooked nose. Unlike All Might's clear blue eyes, Dark Might keeps his original green eyes and markings. His costume is a white tuxedo with black trim, a dark blue undershirt, pale blue bow tie and handkerchief, and a bright red rose pinned to his lapel. Eight golden rings decorate his fingers—four per hand, never on the thumbs.
Character & Motivation
Valdo was a cold, ruthless mobster who showed no mercy to anyone—even his own father, whom he shot point-blank in the office. He admired All Might's strength and legacy, but as his father once pointed out, he completely missed what actually made All Might great: his heroic desire to help people, not just raw power.
After becoming one of Europe's most dangerous villains, and following All Might's victory over All For One, Valdo became obsessed with All Might. He reinvented himself as Dark Might, essentially trying to become a new version of his idol.
Quirk: Alchemy
Alchemy lets Valdo transmute any non-living matter he touches. He can create functional objects, buildings, weapons, or reshape his own body. He can even convert things into glowing energy. As long as he keeps contact with something he's created, he can keep modifying it—making it vanish, creating hidden passages, or fixing damage on the fly.
With "Overmodification," his Quirk's range explodes. He no longer needs to use his hands and can create much bigger, more intricate structures. Applied to his Dark Might disguise, this lets him pull off All Might's signature rapid-fire punches with devastating power.
