Yasuko
Yasuko is pretty much your standard teenage girl, except she's stuck living in the shadow of her younger sister Ayaka—who, to make matters worse, seems to go out of her way to mess with her.
Things get weird when their mom mentions that Ayaka didn't always look the way she does now. Apparently something dramatic happened with her appearance right after she turned one. That alone would be strange enough, but then Yasuko starts noticing other girls around town who look exactly like Ayaka. At that point, she's pretty sure something genuinely wrong is going on.
